Before you order

Confirm the product, model and size before ordering. Use the model selector and photographs, and ask us about any detail not shown.

Delivery and lead time

Made-to-order copper products normally dispatch about 3–4 weeks after payment and order confirmation; transit time is additional. Shipping varies by destination. Review the quote for your address. Food pickup, storage and delivery arrangements are product-specific and should be confirmed separately.

Prices and payment

Copper products use a USD base price; CAD is offered at the platform rate where available. Review the selected currency, shipping, applicable tax and final total before confirming payment. The available payment method is shown during checkout.

Cancel before production starts

For copper orders cancelled before actual production starts, we refund all amounts paid for that order in full. Bobo covers payment processing fees.

To cancel an existing copper order, contact hello@bbcoach7.com with your order reference so we can confirm production status and arrange the cancellation and refund.

This commitment does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Returns and order problems

For changes after production begins and voluntary returns, contact us before ordering to confirm the conditions for your chosen item. This page does not set a fixed voluntary return period. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the confirmed order, contact us with the order reference, model and photographs so we can assess it.

Food, ingredients and certification

Refer to the actual ingredient, storage and serving information. Check the certification details of the specific product rather than treating a general website banner as certification of every item. Ask for current availability and any confirmed promotion before purchasing.
